John A. Corney DAR

John is accredited as a Designated Residential Appraiser (DAR) and a Certified Appraisal Reviewer.  He has been an appraiser since 1984 (Residential, Commercial and Industrial) with Regional Appraisals Inc., becoming Owner and President of the firm in 1992.

John was a member at the Appraisal Institute of Canada between 1976 and 2015, and then the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA) from 2015 until the present day.

John has an extensive background in Real Estate, serving as Director of the Niagara Falls Real Estate Association (1977-1980), and being a member with the Ontario Real Estate Association and Alberta Real Estate Association.

John has also served as Past Membership Chairman at the Appraisal Institute of Canada (Niagara Chapter).

John Pagetto, CRA

John has been designated CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) since February 2014.

John has been a member in good standing of the AIC (Appraisal Institute of Canada) since 2019.

John’s real estate experience spans 33 years, he is a member of the Niagara Association of Realtors.

His education background was at the University of British Columbia and the Sauder School of Business.

John covers appraisal assignments throughout the Niagara Region generally focused on the southern region. Completing assignments on single family, rural properties, mortgage financing, multi-family and estate settlement.

Gavin Corney

Gavin is working with Regional Appraisals Inc. as a candidate member in Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA). He is currently taking courses and learning under the supervision of his supervisor, John Corney, DAR, Certified Appraisal Reviewer.
